The Second Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada,  in Reno, issued a Court Order in June of 2005 in a case involving ADRI – Case No. CV03-04-790.  A trial in this case, originally set for September of 2005 was taken off the court Calendar, however, the case is still ongoing.
