One year ago,  on Oct 24, 2011,  ADRI and Dr. Aoki filed suit in Federal Court in Sacramento against Gregory Ford Gilbert and several companies and individuals associated with Mr. Gilbert.  The suit seeks relief for nine causes of action, including patent infringement, copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, false and misleading advertising, breach of fiduciary duty and confidentiality.   Many years ago Mr. Gilbert, a lawyer, was on the Board of Directors at ADRI and acted as counsel for ADRI and Dr. Aoki.  Both ADRI and Dr. Aoki severed their relationships with Mr. Gilbert in 2003.
